  • Can I get a refund, or exchange for different color or size ?

    All sales are final. We do not accept return for refund, credits, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully and make sure all information including payment, both shipping & billing address, email, and phone number are all correct before finalizing the order.

  • What if the packaging is damaged ?

    The package is made to protect the purchased item, so we do not replace, repair, and refund the packaging.

  • Received a damaged item ?

    If you received a damaged, or defectives item, please contact us, and we will try to resolve the issue.

  • What are the limited items ?

    We have two types of limited items. One is produced in limited amounts. Second type is only available for a certain time frame(e.g. One month), or an event only. Usually the event limited item is also limited amounts as well.

  • How long does the shipping take ?

    Most of the orders take around 3-10 days. For international order (Shop is based in US), please expect some additional time to receive the order. The customer is fully responsible for placing the accurate shipping information. Please contact us immediately via the contact page if you had put an incorrect shipping info.
